This Nebraska motorcycle road begins in Scotts Bluff National Monument, an outstanding geologic land feature that climbs to 4,659 feet above sea level over the North Platte River and is one of the state’s more picturesque drives. The Summit Road is a fantastic ride that takes you to the top of the bluff through three tunnels for a breathtaking view of the valley. Ride next to the river for some large, open areas as you continue along US-26.
