Starting in the Coeur d’Alene Lake area, this part of Idaho’s landscape changes from open farms to forest. Take ID-97 south for views of large mountains on one side and lakes on the other. As you merge onto Route 3 and west on Route 5 into Plummer, the landscape changes to rolling hill farms.
